I'm Miles, founder of Lance Accounting. Seven years into bookkeeping, I kept hitting the same wall at month-end: getting clean, professional reports into a client's hands took far longer than it should. QuickBooks gets you 95% of the way there. That last 5% — pulling the same three or four reports, tidying them up, and emailing them out one client at a time — quietly ate hours every month.

So I built the tool I wished I had. Streamline Reports isn't something dreamed up from the outside; it's what I needed at my own desk. Every feature is here because I ran into the problem first. If it doesn't make a bookkeeper's month-end genuinely easier, it doesn't ship.

I graduated from Portland State University and have built my career helping small businesses get their books in order and their finances on track. That operational reality is baked into every part of this product.
